Painting, siding, trim, fascia; doors, locks, hinges, jambs, sills, and weather-stripping; windows, frames, operating hardware, glass, storm sashes and screens; roofing, roofing flashings, edge metal, sealing strips, gutters, and down spouts, foundation, erosion or settlement of footings, bracing and leveling; porches, steps, railings; exterior lights and receptacles; hose faucets, septic tank and leach ield, wells and well pumps; walks, driveways and parking pad.
